smithsonian jewelryThe Smithsonian has a LOT of properties, including some of the most iconic, and well known jewelries that ever existed. This Thursday, the Smithsonian has announced that it has licensed some of its jewelries to the QVC shopping network.According to the accosiated press, "The jewelry line expected to launch this fall will be based on the National Gem and Mineral Collection at the National Museum of Natural History, which includes the famous Hope Diamond and Marie Antoinette earrings among 375,000 specimens. Curators will help oversee creation of the jewelry line". Personally, I am really eager to see how these jewelries will look like. One of the jewelries that will be re-created will be the infamous hope diamond. I am really looking forward to see how they recreate this supposedly cursed jewelry curiosity.
